SUMMARY: The Treasury Solutions Customer Service Representative is responsible for servicing incoming calls at an expert level for Treasury Solutions clients. While handling mostly Level I calls for Treasury Solutions clients, this position also includes the handling of more complex calls / problems that may not fall within the familiarity of the Bank's Client Care Center.

EDUCATION
HS Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
