This role is accountable for leading the Central America distributor businesses for Prestige & Consumer Beauty. Primary objective is to deliver the business results for the accounts including but not limited to market share, rankings, sell out, and full P&L management for these distributors, reporting to the Commercial Director of LATAM distributor markets.
Deliver on retail objectives (market share/ sell out/ rankings).
Lead joint business plans with each of the distributors in the area (market size, distribution, pricing, launch results, ranking etc.)
Manage investments for the area/ group of customers with full P&L management.
Continuously identify new opportunities within area.
Develop strong working relationship with distributions in the area.
Drive commercial negotiations at corporate (HQ) and local level (markets)
Work with clients to maximize all aspects of business (in-store space & locations, prices, investments, promotions...)
Day-to-day management of accounts jointly working with all multifunctional teams (Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Finance and Logistics departments).
Forecasting responsibilities on saleable and non-saleable goods (POS material, GWP etc.)
Customize, negotiate, and implement marketing, launch and promotional plans.
Ensure that merchandising and visuals are implemented is in line with corporate and brand guidelines
Able to analyze pricing and profitability for promotional activity.
This role will also lead sales analysis and considerations for the full region.
