Hill International is seeking a Project Manager I in Miami, Florida

• Manages a broad range of activities associated with pre-design, design, pre-construction, construction (including all phasing), closeout, occupancy, warranty enforcement for multiple complex and multifaceted new construction, renovations and modernization projects.
• Plans, organizes, directs, coordinates and reposts the project management activities to multiple project teams with regard to educational facilities.
• Coordinates/manages all aspects of project activities with region center administrators, school principals and central administrator personnel.
• Serves as project contact and liaison on all matters related to project design and construction.
• Responsible for management of multiple projects in varying phases of design and construction.

• Minimum 5 year's experience in project/construction management of commercial and or public facilities and familiarity with Florida School Code requirements.
• 3 year's experience in educational facility construction preferred
• Strong management and communication skills required: negotiating skills preferred
• Prefer Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, urban planning, construction management or related field
