We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Luxury Concierge to join our team at The Laurel, our newest luxury rentals development in West Palm Beach, FL! The Luxury Concierge will play a key role in delivering unparalleled service and creating a welcoming and luxurious environment for our residents.

Building Information: The Laurel presents a unique and unrivaled luxury rental residence by Related. Located in The Square with unparalleled access to the best shopping, dining and more, The Laurel will offer a one-of-a-kind living experience beyond anything West Palm Beach has ever seen. Opening spring 2024:

WORK SCHEDULE: (Overnight)

Saturday's - Wednesday's (11:00pm - 7:00am)

DAYS OFF: Thursday's and Friday's

Role Summary: The Concierge maintains a professional and courteous environment for the residents by provides the highest standard of customer service to residents. Our Lobby staff monitors all visitors, packages and maintains the lobby and main entrance appearance.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating a luxury environment and exceeding expectations in all hospitality services
  • Approach all encounters with residents, guests, and colleagues in a gracious, attentive, courteous, and service-oriented manner
  • Respect the privacy, time and resources of each resident
  • Communicate resident concerns to property management and Related's Corporate Office
  • Monitor security systems and cameras, conduct inspections of the property and report any incidents or damages
  • Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing packages and deliveries
  • Maintain accurate and complete shift notes and "pass-on" logs to ensure successful communication through shift changes

Compensation:

$22/h - $23/h

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years' experience in the hotel, hospitality, and service industries
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Outlook and Yardi
  • Must be able to work 8 hour shifts on their feet
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
  • May be required to work nights, weekends and overtime
