We are now hiring for a Transportation Clerk

Shift is Sunday thru Thursday 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

  • Job Duties - Enter invoices in purchase order system and issue PO. Account for all Com check receipts and send them to director. Enter late slips for current payroll in late slip report, email late slip report to payroll and send originals to director. Account for and scan documents for reference and mail copies to the contracted administrative office. Cross train with other clerk's and assist other clerks with daily duties.

    Seasonal, long-term need/ fulltime

Requirements:

  • Prefer experience with transportation
  • Clean MVR preferred
  • Valid License and medical card
